God has been so good to me! I honestly don't know where to start. I thought to myself: this is a Web page not a book. With that said, I guess I need to get started here.

First, let me say my family was and is filled with Pastor’s/ Preachers/ Musicians and Singers . My Grandfather, the Great Reverend Walter Brown, was Pastor of Mt Zion Holiness Church in Florence, South Carolina. Grandfather Succumbed 6/31/1970.   

I remember when I was 9 years old I heard this voice say, "Come unto me". I told my mother what I heard and she said
that's not all you're going to hear if you don't stop being so bad. One day I decided to go into the forbidden zone of my mother's house, which at that time was her bedroom. She had something in there I wanted, "Her Bible". It was always there opened on what she called her dresser. I was so excited! First because I made it into the forbidden zone and secondly because this was the first time I really saw my self in a mirror. I never knew what I really looked like before that day. Wow, I was pretty but, a little different looking than my 4 brothers and 2 sisters in a kinda of way. Suddenly, I heard my mother’s voice calling my name. I tried to get out of the forbidden zone room before answering her but, it was to late. My mother met me at her bedroom door and man did I get a beating. That very day God was anchored in my soul for real.

I grew up remembering that beating and why I got it. I sometimes tell people, "I got the beating because of the book my
Grandfather carried". However, in my growing up I never told a soul; I had a call upon my life to preach the gospel as a girl child of 9 years old. Why didn’t I tell someone? Well, 1. No one would’ve  believed me. 2. where I came from preaching wasn’t something women did and it certainly wasn’t something a 9 year old little girl could’ve heard God say to her—WHAT---for-sure you needed to get ready for the real beat-down; How dare you lie on God talking foolish talk like that girl.

Hello everyone my name is Pastor Shirley; I am Pastor of NGRI Ministries Southeast Regional Int where Victor D. Jefferson is my Bishop. I gave my life to Jesus May 19th 1991. I was Baptized for the remission of sins August 18th 1992.

The third Sunday in February 1993 I began my fellowship with Renewal C.I.M. Ministries Wilmington North Carolina. One Sunday as Pastor was preaching; something hit me in my Spirit. The Holy Ghost rose up in me and said; come unto me; you will go preaching the gospel to my people. OMG, let me tell y'all! I knew then this was the Spirit that was shut-up in my soul from age 9 until that time. That Sunday I heed to the voice of God and to the call God had upon my life. I knew the anchor to my soul was Jesus Christ and I was free to preach his gospel. I was Publicly Licensed August 8th 1993 to preach the gospel Internationally.

Becoming a Pastor was one of the happiest days of my life. Waiting was long and hard but, "Worth It". In 2004 Bishop Jefferson and I were married. April 8th 2007, Bishop and I opened NGRI Ministries Southeast Regional Int.  God has been so Good to me! I will never be able to tell it all but, this is a good place to start. Amen?  Amen!!

"Let's Pray"--Father I pray healing and blessings over your people right now - Miracles that will over shower their very lives -- Financial healing in every area so we may see our way but, most of all Salvation for all. I Decree This Prayer To Be So In Jesus Name Amen! Amen!
